About the Roles Supply Teachers - Day-to-Day Responsibilities Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacherManage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environmentAdapt quickly to different school settings and year groupsSupport pupils with their learning and encourage engagementReport any concerns or feedback to the relevant school staff Teaching Assistants - Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support the class teacher with daily classroom activitiesWork 1:1 or with small groups to support learningAssist with behaviour management and emotional regulationHelp prepare resources and classroom materialsProvide support to pupils with SEND where requiredPromote a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment What We're Looking For Supply Teachers QTS or equivalent teaching qualificationClassroom experience within primary settingsStrong classroom management and flexibilityA positive, reliable, and adaptable approach Teaching Assistants Experience working with children (school-based preferred)A calm, supportive nature and strong teamwork skillsConfidence working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2Experience with SEND is beneficial but not essential Requirements Right to work in the UKEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)Reliable, punctual, and professionalAbility to travel to schools across Medway and Kent ?
