A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its established and growing property team. The Role You will be responsible for managing a varied real estate caseload, including:
* Acting on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases
* Advising on residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
* Conducting due diligence, reporting to clients, and liaising with stakeholders such as lenders and agents
* Managing matters from instruction to completion
* Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives
