Our team is growing, and we are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of our projects.
The Role
As a Project Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects run smoothly on time, and within budget. Working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you'll provide essential administrative and logistical support to keep everything on track.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
* Maintain accurate project documentation, plans, registers, logs, meeting minutes, reports, and records
* Act as main point of contact between project team members, management and stakeholders
* Monitor project timelines and deliverables, flagging potential risks or delays
* Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders
* Support budget tracking, coordinate resource allocation, deliverables and procurement processes
* Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action points
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations
* Monitor Project expenses and budget usage
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency with MS Office.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
