Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a increasing law firm based in Liverpool. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor who is driven, talented and self-motivated.
Experience of dealing with S25 Notices is an advantage.
This role pays a competitive salary of £35,000 - £55,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as Commercial Property Solicitor:
* Be highly organised and efficient
* Be a technically competent and tactical solicitor with an ability to analyse risk and utilise commercial knowledge
* Be passionate about the client experience and maintaining high standards of client care and quality service.
* Have a good, practical understanding of source of funds and AML requirements and be able to assess client requirements and deliver commercial solutions.
* Possess exceptional attention to detail
* Be able to work within a fast paced environment, whilst managing priorities to meet deadlines.
* To enjoy and understand the benefits of working in the office, with colleagues, in order to build and maintain relationships.
