Are you a strategic and analytical Reward professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? A leading global infrastructure hub is seeking a Reward Manager to lead the delivery of market-aligned, commercially focused compensation and benefits solutions. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead large-scale cyclical reward activities and projects across compensation and/or benefits.
* Act as the subject matter expert, providing governance, insights, and strategic direction.
* Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Communications to deliver reward initiatives.
* Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, market bench-marking, and external networking.
* Manage relationships with external providers and ensure compliance with legal and market standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in reward or benefits management within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
* Strategic mind set
* Driving gender pay gap reporting
* Strong analytical and technical excel skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
