We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Ultra High Net Worth Relationship Manager.
In this role you’ll provide day to day relationship management services to Ultra High Net Worth international clients, and support the running of client relationships through direct client contact and internal functional support.
You’ll collaborate closely with Investment Specialists, Wealth Planners and Credit Advisory Specialists to deliver outstanding service and product solutions to the clients of HSBC Private Bank UK and connected Booking centres primarily in Guernsey, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.

In this role you’ll:
* Collaborate with Client Service Executives and other Relationship Managers to successfully onboard and provide excellent ongoing levels of service to new and existing UHNW clients.
* Work with Investment Specialists, Strategic Financial Planners and Credit Specialists to deliver outstanding, holistic services and product solutions to our clients.
* Contribute to overall goal of growing revenue and increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) through client retention and fast / efficient delivery of high quality of service to clients.
* Help the team to achieve low error rate through focus on timely and accurate execution of all client requests.
* Deliver fair client outcomes and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments Level or Investment Advice Diploma qualified - essential
* Proven track record of working directly with clients within a Wealth Management environment is essential
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - essential
* A proven ability to understand and act appropriately on the needs of large, complex clients - essential
* Adept at operating within a busy client focused team with demanding timelines and requirements – essential
* Fluency in French - desirable
