About this Role
We’re looking for a commercially‑driven Head of Business Development to accelerate REP Fitness’ growth across the UK and Europe through wholesale, strategic partnerships, and commercial accounts.
This is a fully remote role, focused on building revenue through distributor partnerships, multi‑site operators, specialist retailers, and enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for creating new revenue channels, penetrating the market, and positioning REP as a dominant brand across the region.
Reporting to the Director of Sales – UK & Europe, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and you’re passionate about strength and fitness, this is the role for you.
What you can expect to be doing
Commercial Growth & Market Expansion
* Developing and executing a UK & EU business development strategy.
* Sourcing, engaging, and converting new business opportunities.
* Building and managing structured sales pipelines.
* Driving revenue performance across wholesale and enterprise channels.
* Identifying new vertical opportunities within the region.
Distribution & Partnership Development
* Recruiting and onboarding distributor and reseller partners.
* Negotiating commercial agreements, pricing structures, and MOQs.
* Managing partner performance through targets and reporting.
* Building long‑term strategic relationships.
Account Management & Revenue Growth
* Owning and growing commercial accounts.
* Maximising lifetime value through structured account plans.
* Upselling and cross‑selling REP’s product ecosystem.
* Providing sales forecasting and performance reporting.Delivering competitor, pricing, and market insight.
* Supporting UK & EU leadership with strategic recommendations.
Brand Representation
* Representing REP at trade shows and industry events.
* Building relationships with key industry stakeholders.
* Acting as a trusted representative for the REP brand.

* A strong understanding of the fitness, sport, or performance industry.
* A track record of winning and growing accounts.
* Experience managing distributors or retail partners.
* A strategic mindset with structured sales processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Comfortable working remotely and autonomously.
* CRM experience.
* A 'builder' mentality.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
* Existing product and brand knowledge is desirable.
A willingness to travel within the UK and Europe, and a full and valid UK driving licence will be required.
