We are seeking an experienced ICT support / field engineer to join our established and growing team on a full time basis, covering a wide range of ICT duties for a specialist Education focussed managed service provider.
The applicant should be a highly motivated individual who is looking to develop their skills within the field of I.T. This is a customer-facing role and therefore good communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.
The role involves providing support and consultancy by telephone, remote support and on-site on a day to day basis. The successful applicant will attend daily site visits in Thurrock and Basildon areasand possibly further afield on the rare occasion, which will require a full UK driving license and use of a car is essential.
As an IT Support / Field Engineer you will have a good understanding of the following:
Previous experience and/or qualifications in current Windows Server products and services (Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/Group Policy)
Strong administration and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft 365, Intune, Google Education etc
Desktop and Server Hardware upgrade/installation and troubleshooting
