My client is looking for. We have an exciting vacancy for an experienced, self-motivated Executive PA. The successful applicant will report to the Finance Director with primary responsibilities to the Managing Director, FD, and the executive group.
Your new role
Duties will include:
1. Co-ordinating and arranging meetings for the executive team and Board of directors.
2. Planning and coordinating VIP visits and events.
3. Correspondence and administration, managing the diary and daily email traffic for the Managing Director.
4. Producing a wide range of documents and reports and managing high-level administrative tasks andmunications.
5. Diary management for key meetings and events, including board, executive meetings, and so on.
6. Travel arrangements and hotel bookings for the MD, FD and were relevant to the executive team.
7. Minute-taking and transcription for regular executive meetings, pension scheme Trustee meetings and others, as required.
8. Assisting the Sales Director and Marketing Director with arrangements for staff conferences, and corporate events as required.
9. Working with discretion, in a confidential environment, working under pressure and to deadlines.

10. MS Office, Sharepoint, Teams, document production
11. Minute taking & transcription
12. Fast, accurate word-processing skills
13. Excellent written English skills
14. Shorthand skills advantageous
15. Goodmunicator – acting as a gatekeeper for the Managing Director
16. Experience of working in amercial environment - ideal sectors are financial services and construction.
17. Excellent organisation, and time-management skills.
18. Project management skills are advantageous (not essential).
19. Self-motivated, team player, good customer service skills.
