We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our head office team in Great Dunmow on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday (in addition to out of hours on call when rostered paid separately in addition). Key Duties & Responsibilities To organise, coordinate and supervise care delivery To provide leadership to care staff within the service, using clear communication To facilitate the onboarding of new clients including undertaking risk assessments and care plans To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development, as may, from time-to-time, be required to maintain practices To build positive working relationships with the clients and their families To work in cooperation with other professionals to maximise opportunities for the clients Develop effective working relationships with other employees within the service Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service To assist in growing the business Required Skills Previous experience working in care at a supervisory level To drive and have your own car.
