This is a Bank Support Worker position for our Supported Living Service in Havercroft, WF4. Shifts will include Days and Nights.

What you’ll do
We are based in Havercroft and provide support within a supported living setting. You will spend your shift with the person you support, making a meaningful impact on their lives. You will support individuals to work towards outcomes, maintain independence, and engage in local community activities and everyday experiences (e.g., clubs, cinema, shows, days out, gym, meals, shopping, and personal choice activities).
We have a core background team on duty 24/7, with overnight shifts available, and additional 1:1 support for personal care, housekeeping, meals, days out, and activities.

* Provide person-centred support to individuals living in the service
* Encourage and enable involvement in the local community and daily activities
* Support to maintain friendships and relationships across Wakefield and surrounding services
* Collaborate with new partnerships and community activities
* Deliver high-quality, consistent care and support in line with company values
