Customer Success Manager (AI Construction software)

About the role
* Lead the strategy and execution for how enterprise customers adopt and embed new technology into their operational workflows
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and long-term adoption across large organisations
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define how technology fits into existing processes and project environments
* Design structured adoption frameworks, success metrics and rollout plans for enterprise implementations
* Translate complex operational requirements into clear workflows, processes and best practices
* Support customers throughout the full lifecycle of implementation through to scaled adoption across teams
Your previous experience
* 5+ years experience delivering enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation programmes or complex SaaS deployments
* Strong experience configuring, deploying or implementing Autodesk
* Background working with construction, infrastructure or engineering organisations
* Proven ability to structure and deliver complex enterprise workstreams involving multiple stakeholders
* Experience leading workshops, stakeholder sessions and executive discussions
* Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Package
* £70,000 – £75,000 base salary (DOE)
* Performance-based bonus
* Hybrid working in London
