The Governors of our vibrant and welcoming two-form entry Church of England primary school are seeking to appoint an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Headteacher who is ready to play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school and driving continued improvement. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will help lead a culture of high expectations, professional growth and continuous improvement, ensuring the very best outcomes for every pupil.

This is a full-time non-class-based leadership role, enabling the successful candidate to focus on school improvement, staff development and the quality of education across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school
* Driving school improvement and ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning and assessment
* Leading the development and implementation of key priorities within the School Improvement Plan
* Monitoring the quality of education through lesson visits, work scrutiny and pupil voice
* Leading professional development and coaching to support staff growth and effectiveness
* Using assessment information and wider school data to evaluate impact and inform next steps
* Supporting the leadership of behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding across the school
* Contributing to the development of the school’s Christian vision and values in daily practice
* Working with Governors to support strategic evaluation and accountability

Salary: Leadership Range L9-L14 (£63,070 - £71,330 per annum)
