About Us:
We are a growing property management and lettings company focused on delivering exceptional service to landlords in Brighton & Hove. We are looking for a motivated Lettings Business Development Manager to expand our landlord portfolio. Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to progress into a Branch Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, contact, and acquire new landlord clients in Brighton & Hove.
* Manage onboarding process, contracts, and compliance for new landlords.
* Maintain strong relationships with landlords to encourage long-term engagement.
* Work closely with the Hove office lettings team to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Meet weekly and monthly targets for landlord acquisition and portfolio growth.
* Represent the company professionally at all times.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in landlord acquisition, property management, or lettings business development.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Fluent Chinese language skills are a plus for managing Chinese-speaking landlords.
* Understanding of UK lettings legislation is a plus.
* ARLA Propertymark / LETTINGS qualifications desirable; training provided.
* We are able to sponsor a UK work visa for the right candidate.
Performance & KPI:
* Target: Acquire 15–20 new landlords in the first 3 months, expanding to approximately 70 per year.
* Performance bonus linked to landlord acquisition and portfolio growth.
* High performers will have the opportunity to progress toward Branch Manager.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
