Multi-Drop Van Driver – West Bromwich
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi-Drop Van Driver to join our well-established client based in West Bromwich, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, weekly work, and genuine opportunities for progression.

Day-to-Day Duties
• Carrying out waste recycling and waste disposal collections from local offices and commercial sites
• Delivering and collecting recycling supplies such as bags, bins and consumables
• Completing scheduled routes efficiently and safely
• Ensuring waste and recycling materials are handled responsibly
• Operating company vehicles safely and professionally
• Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
• Ensuring all loads are secure
• Adhering to all traffic and environmental regulations
• Providing excellent customer service to on-site staff
• Reporting route issues or vehicle defects promptly
Essential Skills
• Valid UK Category B driving licence
• Minimum of 12 months’ experience driving Category B vehicles
• No more than six minor penalty points (no major endorsements)
• Good knowledge of the UK road network
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Excellent time-keeping and punctuality
• Good understanding of UK traffic laws
• Effective communication skills
Desirable Experience
• Previous commercial driving experience
• Experience within waste or environmental services
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience
Training Provided
• Full training provided prior to starting
• Fully paid induction covering vehicles, safety and route processes
