Main Duties:
* Delivering high-quality teaching and assessment on a range of Bricklaying courses (Levels 1-3).
* A skilled Bricklayer with comprehensive and recent industry experience.
* Creating engaging course materials, schemes of work, and group profiles.
* Assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring progress.
* Developing and strengthening relationships with learners, offering support to ensure their success.
* Actively contributing to course development, promotion, and delivery.
* Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are meticulously followed.
* Assisting with internal verification duties and supporting student work experience placements.
* Participating in student recruitment activities, including interviews and open evenings.
