The Cliff Hotel & Spa is looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team. You'll take charge of the day-to-day running of the main kitchen, supporting the Head Chef who oversees both main and banqueting operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious chef to step into a senior role at one of West Wales' most iconic coastal hotels.
What you'll do:
* Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
* Supervise and motivate the main kitchen team.
* Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Support menu planning and seasonal specials.
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and food safety standards.
* Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence.
What we're looking for:
* Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Passion for food, consistency, and teamwork.
* Knowledge of HACCP, ordering, and stock management.
* Ambition to grow and develop within a respected hotel.
