Status: Part-time, Permanent – 37.83 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
Salary: Grade 4, SP 9-12 (FTE: £27,254 - £29,540; Actual: £23,299 - £25,254)

Churchill Special School, part of the Unity Schools Partnership, is seeking a dedicated Pupil Support Coordinator to join our pastoral team. The role focuses on supporting pupils with SEND to self‑regulate behaviour and be ready for learning, working closely with pupils, staff and parents.

We Are Looking For:
* A passionate pupil support coordinator keen to develop further and to take on advice of the behaviour lead.
* Experience or a keen interest in working with pupils with special educational needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development.
