Role Overview: Support Agent
As a Support Agent, you will provide general business support to Active Tameside, including support for all support systems such as Live Chatbot, LMS systems, and Business and Performance Management.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer communications and queries accurately, timely, and consistently to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This involves managing various email accounts and Live Chat, ensuring the effective use of management information across Active Tameside through system development and implementation. You will also assist in supporting IT, telecommunications, and GDPR compliance.
