Responsibilities
* Provide information, advice and guidance (IAG) to learners of all ages and abilities.
* Develop individual action plans to help students overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
* Support UCAS applications and progression into Higher Education.
* Build strong links with employers, voluntary organisations, and HE institutions.
* Organise impactful careers events, workshops, and fairs.
* Keep up to date with labour market trends and ensure our careers offer remains relevant.
* Contribute to quality standards such as the Quality in Careers Standard and Matrix Assessment.
Qualifications
* GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
* NVQ Level 6 in IAG (or willingness to work towards).
* Level 2 IT qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience delivering careers guidance in an educational setting.
* Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
* Ability to develop resources and work collaboratively across teams.
Desirable
* Degree or HND.
* Knowledge of UCAS processes.
