The role is with a prestigious, highly regarded Insurance broker within their Commercial Insurance department, serving small and medium-sized clients across various industries.
We seek a motivated and ambitious sales professional with a proven track record in Commercial Insurance, including areas such as Property, Liability, Combined, and Construction.
You will lead by example, ensuring team satisfaction and performance to meet targets and KPIs. Your responsibilities include training, coaching, and motivating your team, with plans to double the team size as the department expands.
You will work closely with the director, with ongoing training to develop your technical knowledge, management, and sales skills.
To qualify, you should demonstrate a clear career progression with recent experience in selling Commercial Insurance products. This role is not suitable for those without such experience.
The salary and commission structure are flexible and will reflect your potential as a star performer.
