As our business expands, we are seeking an experienced, office-based Sales Account Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for converting new business leads into sales opportunities, managing and developing existing wholesale trade accounts, and promoting our brand both within the UK and internationally. This role suits an organized, results-driven, outgoing individual who can develop a thorough understanding of our products and relationships.
The ideal candidate will work to meet customer needs, respond promptly to queries, and deliver excellent customer service. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for customer account management.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Generate new business from trade show inquiries and leads.
* Identify new business opportunities through internet research.
* Increase revenue by collaborating with buyers on range selection and visual merchandising.
* Attend trade and retail shows.
* Prepare reports on account status.
Requirements
* High commitment to customer service.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows.
* Proactive with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably within the home or gift industry.
* Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation.
* Own transport is required due to location.
