Data Protection and Technology Associate 2+ PQE

Chadwick Nott have been instructed by a leading national firm on a rare opportunity for an experienced data protection / technology lawyer to bolster their thriving commercial team.
You can expect to act for a range of high quality national and regional clients including household names in the digital media, technology and commercial industry.
The quality of work and client base on offer is second to none and you can expect to enjoy a mixed diet of data protection work including leading large scale (often global) privacy projects including data protection compliance audits, complex DPIAs, group data processing arrangements and international data transfers.
On the technology element of the role your role will involve supporting clients on technology projects and complex licensing as well as advising on contracts relating to, traditional technology-based arrangements.
You should have good experience gained either with a well-regarded law firm or be currently working in-house but keen to move to private practice.
Strong drafting and communication skills are essential for this role and the successful candidate will be expected to supervise more junior team members and in turn delegating them work.
