3. Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support
4. Provide expert guidance on employee relations and case management
5. Coach managers to build capability and confidence in people management
6. Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning
7. Drive engagement, performance, and inclusive workplace practices
8. Contribute to talent attraction and employee value proposition initiatives
9. Promote diversity, equity, and employee wellbeing across teams
10. Improve HR processes through streamlining and system enhancements
11. Support HR systems development and ongoing optimisation
12. Collaborate on people insights, including gender pay reporting
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Partner should have:
13. Proven experience in a HR Business Partner/ HR manager or People Partner role
14. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
15. Confident handling complex employee relations cases
16. Skilled in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders
17. Experience supporting organisational change and transformation
18. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret people insights
19. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
20. Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware
21. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
22. Passionate about creating inclusive and engaging workplaces
