REGISTRATION ADMINISTRATOR

Our client is a super exciting and unusual business within the international Events industry. This isn’t just your standard administration role, you will have the opportunity to attend their global events a few times per year and enjoy the travelling experience, meeting some fantastic people and seeing some great destinations. This role will involve managing the registration process for thousands of delegates across the world – its complex and data focused, with a strong financial element so we are looking for someone from a data or finance administration background with great attention to detail, but also that can be client facing at events to help manage the onsite registration process.
Main duties
* To process delegate registrations and invoices, ensuring every contract is accurate
* To provide sales support to the commercial team; chasing delegates for correct/missing information
* Using internal systems daily to keep data accurate (Salesforce, ESOP)
* Working with the Commercial team and Informa Finance to identify unpaid invoices post event.
* Working as intermediary with Commercial, Finance and Credit Control to resolve any outstanding debt.
* Ensure invoicing is completed in a timely manner, reporting monthly on the revenue outstanding and proposing solutions for any backlog.
* Working closely with credit control, Informa credit analysts and the wider Informa finance team to resolve issues surrounding invoices, aged debt and larger/recurring customer amendments.
* Ad hoc data and trend analysis on historical delegate figures and event analysis, for various departments as required, including but not limited to: Marketing, Finance, H&PM, and the Commercial team.
* Attend live events to provide support with the production of the event and assist in managing registration delivery and onsite payments.
Skills and experience
* Experience within a financial or data driven administrative role
* Understanding of reporting, data manipulation, and understanding data trends.
* Attention to detail and time management skills, direct experience in a data intensive role as well proven experience and understanding of reporting, data manipulation, and understanding data trends.
* CRM, database management and analysis competency and experience
* Outward facing individual with the proven ability to communicate and engage with existing and new customers and communities.
* Proven collaborative skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners and the ability to work with colleagues based overseas
