Lead Maintenance Engineer (FMCG) £45,000 - £50,000 + PLC Training + Days Based + Mon-Fri DoncasterAre you a Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or similar from a FMCG background, with an Electrical bias, looking for a days-based, senior role in a market leading company, where you will be the go-to maintenance specialist and lead a team of 6 engineers?
Are you looking for an autonomous role, within a company that will provide external training on PLCs to ensure your continuous development and long-term career?
On offer is to work for a well-established manufacturing company, that has been running for over 30 years, and supplies into a wide range of further manufacturing and retail.
In this days-based role you will be performing both planned and reactive maintenance in a busy industrial environment, whilst leading a close-knit team of 5 Engineers. This will include working on 3-phase machinery, conveyors, PLC controls, hydraulics, motors and related equipment.
This opportunity would suit a Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or similar from a FMCG background, who is looking to lead a small team of engineers in a varied hands-on role, offering training on PLCs.
The Role:
* PPM and RM on industrial machinery and equipment across a large site
* Working on 3-phase, hydraulics, drives, motors, and PLC fault finding
* Leading a team of 6 Maintenance Engineers
* Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3:30pm
* Overtime paid at 1.66x, Sunday 2x
