An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a purpose built, modern veterinary practice in Rotherham. The practice boasts exceptional facilities including nine consultation rooms, four operating theatres, a dedicated dental suite, a specialist ultrasound suite, and a CT scanning suite housing a cutting edge 128 slice CT scanner. Additional features include two dog wards, two cat wards, and two well-equipped preparation areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The team is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with at least three years of GP experience who is confident managing a varied caseload. A special interest in dentistry would be particularly welcomed, helping to expand and enhance the services offered by the practice. The role involves delivering preventative healthcare, diagnosing and treating sick and injured pets, and promoting long-term pet wellbeing through high quality veterinary medicine and surgery. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
