We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team as a Service Administrator/Data Support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and impactful service that supports people with mental health needs into employment.
* Provide administrative support including document production, stock ordering, and email monitoring.
* Input and manage data on clinical systems and spreadsheets.
* Support audits, service evaluations, and reporting to stakeholders.
* Assist with the preparation of reports for the IPS Steering Group.
* Maintain effective file management and office systems.
* Communicate with clinicians and health professionals using e-technologies.
* Contribute to service improvement and communication initiatives.
* Support the development of Trust-approved communication materials.
