As the Maintenance Operative, your role is key in ensuring all requested repairs—reactive, proactive, or pre-planned—are carried out to the required standard and within SLA deadlines.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with maintenance experience in joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting & decorating, etc. You will be highly motivated, able to manage your own workflow, and work within a team when necessary.
As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for health & safety of yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
You will be required to purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers. Company vehicles will be inspected regularly and maintained in a professional, clean condition.
Flexible Working Pattern:
* Monday to Friday, hours between flexible start and end times to meet operational needs.
On-Call & Out of Hours Working:
* Out of hours and weekend on-call duties on a three-week rota to ensure 24/7 emergency coverage as per contractual obligations.
