Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Chippenham area who are actively looking to recruit a Welder / Fabricator to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:
* MIG welding to a high standard, ensuring that products are accurately manufactured in an effective and timely manner
* Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to manufacture parts accurately to tight tolerances
* Fabricate and assembly of components as well as cutting, drilling, grinding and preparation of materials prior to welding
* Meeting deadlines and targets whilst working to a high standard
What you will need to succeed:
* Previous MIG welding experience essential including using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG/MMA)
* Ability to use electrical and manual tools
* Experience in interpreting technical documents and drawings
* Well-organised approach and an eye for detail
* Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with excellent communication skills
* NVQ Level 3 or time served
