Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Head of Capital Delivery to work with one of our local authoirty clients in London. What the job will be doing * Planned investment programmes including the delivery of stock conditions surveys * Providing detailed pre-planning and delivery of multiple projects and * Collaborating on the provision of appropriate technical specifications to contractors to ensure the correct standard of products are installed.
