With an immediate start, a fantastic primary setting in LS11 is seeking to recruit an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work across their KS2 classes.
Due to the nature of this role, applicants must have already gained some experience managing challenging behaviour with children/young people.
The school itself is a vibrant primary academy, that benefits from an experienced KS2 team, who will be on hand to guide you through your initial transition into the role.
Initially, this role will commence until July 2026. However, there will be an opportunity to apply for a permanent post at the school throughout the Summer term.
Duties of the role:
* Working across various classes within the school
* De-escalating challenging behaviour
* Being on call for behavioural disruption
* 1:1 and group work
* Planning activities
