Responsibilities
* Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports
* Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements
* Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations
* Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
Requirements
* Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI
* Proven experience in residential property surveys
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
