The Hills Group have an opportunity for a Social Media and Communications Executive to join the team based at our head office in Swindon. About the role: As our Social Media and Communications Executive, reporting in to the Group Communications and Marketing Manager and working as part of a small team based on-site at our head office in Swindon, you will play a key role in developing and delivering the company’s social media strategy and provide creative marketing content for multiple channels. This role also includes occasional visits to operational sites across the business. Key responsibilities include: To work with the Group Communications and Marketing Manager to further develop the Group’s social media strategy. Develop engaging creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand focused messages. Co-ordinate social media messaging with key stakeholders across the business. To undertake information gathering and data analysis (i.e. Google Analytics) to formulate reports/statistics to effectively communicate on social media and website success on achievement of KPI’s. To support and coordinate the delivery of employee awareness campaigns supporting Group wide initiatives and key messages. Maintain and increase our online presence, creating compelling and engaging content whilst monitoring engagement. What we are looking for in our Social Media and Communications Executive: Previous experience in planning and delivery of social media campaigns. Demonstratable copywriting and proof-reading skills. Educated to a degree level or hold an equivalent professional communications, marketing or public relations qualification. Internal and external comms experience. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Driving licence and own transport.
