A small Primary School in the Lancaster LA1 area are currently recruiting for a EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a caring and committed team starting for January 2026. This position will be working alongside EYFS department supporting the personal development of the children. The right candidate will have proven experience working with small children and have a compassionate and understanding approach to dealing with challenging behaviour.
Due to this school having a high number of children with SEN, any experience with caring for or supporting children with Autism and ADHD would be advantageous. This role may require you to work with small groups or 1:1 with pupils to support their progress.

* Experience working with EYFS or small children is essential for this role
* Experience with SEN is preferred
* Support with extra-curricular activities
* Based in the Lancaster area
* A compassionate and dedicated TA who can adjust their teaching style to a range of different behavioural challenges and SEN
