* Develop and maintain key MI and KPIs to enhance Consumer Duty compliance and product oversight.

* Support change governance by assessing customer, regulatory and commercial impacts of proposed changes.

* Maintain the Workplace Risk profile, including oversight of action plans, controls and risk events.

* Prepare and present committee and board papers, offering insights from ongoing product monitoring.

And this would be beneficial:

* A solid understanding of LBG Conduct and Compliance policies, particularly around Product Governance and Consumer Duty.

* Some knowledge of workplace pension products and the broader retirement savings landscape.
