Value & Access Lead – Immunology
Location: Maidenhead – Hybrid 2-3 days

We are excited to recruit a Value & Access Lead to join our Immunology Market Access team. This is a pivotal role responsible for optimising patient access to innovative medicines within immunological inflammatory disorders.
You will work closely with Brand and Medical Leads to shape and deliver national market access strategy, leading payer marketing initiatives and value campaigns aligned to UK access priorities. This role offers high autonomy, strategic influence, and strong opportunities for personal and career development within an ambitious and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead national market access strategy and deliver value campaigns aligned to UK priorities
Contribute to brand planning and optimise performance through clear measurement frameworks
Own payer marketing projects end-to-end and develop impactful customer journeys
Drive continuous improvement in execution and ways of working
Build strong cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships
Influence effectively within a matrix environment
Support omnichannel engagement and ensure full compliance with ABPI and internal standards
About You
Essential:
Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
Experience in UK healthcare environment
Experience delivering market access or omnichannel campaigns
Strong understanding of ABPI Code
Ability to translate strategy into tactical execution
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Desirable:
Immunology or Dermatology market knowledge
Market Access (field or head office) experience
Brand Manager level marketing experience
ABPI qualification
Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or similar
