Job Position: Graduate Applications Developer (Low-Code Platform)
Location: Bridgend, Wales
Starting Salary: £25,000
Start Date (two intakes):
1. One intake for an immediate start.
2. A second intake for January 2026 start.
Application Requirements
* Minimum 2:1 University Degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths).
* An interest in building a career as a low-code applications developer, with up-skilling on a prestigious and highly sought-after Enterprise Applications Development Platform. No coding experience is required, but understanding of coding languages may be beneficial.
* Right to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the programme. Grayce is not on the UK Border Agency's Sponsor Register and cannot sponsor work visas for international applicants.
* Commuting distance of Bridgend and a desire to remain in the area long-term. Must be able to be onsite a minimum of three days a week.
* Relocation support is available for those not living within commuting distance.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global, blue-chip Specialist Insurance firm, with headquarters in London and Houston, and a rapidly growing team in Bridgend, Wales.
As a Grayce Analyst, you will be deployed to our client to join their Product Engineering team as a Pega Applications Developer.
Pega is a low-code application development platform that enables organizations to rapidly design, build, and deploy applications involving workflow automation and AI decisioning, without coding.
This role presents a long-term career opportunity.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Gather requirements from senior stakeholders across all areas of the organization to understand business needs and create user stories.
* Work effectively as part of agile project teams, engaging with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Testers, and Product Owners to scope out and deliver end-to-end projects.
* Develop Pega Workflows across all business lines (Underwriting, London Market, Trade Credit, Financial Lines, and more).
* Work on Business Process Management (BPM) systems and Workflow Management Systems.
* Work towards obtaining Pega qualifications through structured courses and learning provided by the client.
