Job description: Sustainability Co-ordinator Field Based Full-time Permanent We are recruiting for aSustainability Co-ordinator to join our Sustainability team at Muller UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of data collection, validation, analysis, and generating insights to support our sustainability initiatives. You will also provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sustainability programs. This role is open to graduates. Main Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Sustainability Team, including raising purchase orders (POs), organising events, and monitoring action logs and project control books. Support sustainability training events, including managing training records, logistics, and preparing training materials. Collect, check, and validate data for internal and external reporting requirements (e.g., carbon, energy, water, waste). Input data into relevant platforms to inform reporting submissions. Verify data across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and minimise input errors, investigating any anomalies. Analyse collected data, summarise key outputs, and highlight performance trends. Produce insightsand presentation materials to inform business activities. Coordinate ISO14001 system audits across multiple sites. Administer ISO14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation, including updating files, uploading documents, and process mapping. Implement and administer team document management (filing) systems and document control. Perform any other tasks required as part of the role. Key Requirements: Keen interest in data handling and analysis, with a willingness to investigate and fill any gaps. Strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Strong organisational skills. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with environmental/sustainability data and tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI). Familiarity with industry reporting platforms (e.g., SAP, Manufacture 2030, Sedex, Ecovadis). Understanding of basic process mapping and project management principles. IEMA Foundation Certificate (Environmental Sustainability) or equivalent (e.g., NEBOSH Certificate) preferred. Experience in the food and/or drinks or other manufacturing industry is desirable. ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems training is a plus.
