You have extensive experience working with Look After Children and aiding their transition to adulthood. What the job involves Engage with young people in care and care leavers, supporting their transition to adulthood and helping them reach their full potential. Visit children and advocate for them in all areas of their care plan or pathway plan. This hybrid role requires at least two days per week in the office.
