What You’ll Be Doing
* Technical Excellence: Installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of door entry and access control systems.
* System Upgrades: Upgrading and commissioning systems to the latest industry standards.
* Variety of Sites: Working across reactive maintenance contracts and new installations in social housing and high-footfall commercial environments.
* Customer Focus: Providing professional service to clients and residents while maintaining accurate job documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Previous experience in a similar role: - Fire/Security Systems Engineer, Electronic Security Engineer, Door Entry Specialist, Intercom & Access Engineer, ETC
* Proven Experience: Solid background in working with Intercom/Door Entry systems (Knowledge of ENTROTEC is a major plus).
* Access Control Expertise: Hands-on experience with systems such as INTRATONE, PAC, and ENSIGN.
* Diagnostic Skills: You should be a "problem solver" with strong fault-finding capabilities.
* Credentials: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
* Work Ethic: Ability to work independently on-site while representing the company professionally.
Desirable:
* Experience working within Social Housing or Town Centre commercial environments.
