About the Role:
* Teach engaging and relevant Business lessons across KS4 and potentially KS5
* Deliver a curriculum that promotes critical thinking, enterprise, and real-world understanding
* Monitor student achievement and provide constructive feedback
* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
* Take part in whole-school initiatives and extracurricular business-related activities

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A strong understanding of the Business Studies curriculum
* Able to inspire and challenge students of all abilities
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Passionate about student progress and raising achievement
