**The Role:**
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join us as a Team Leader in our Pensions Outsourcing Practice. As the Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a team of administrators handling DB and DC schemes, ensuring compliance with client contracts and delivering exceptional service standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Build strong client relationships and provide expert advice on pension queries
2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency
3. Mentor and develop team members to achieve outstanding performance
4. Manage pensioner payrolls, pension increases, and project deadlines effectively
**Qualifications:**
5. Extensive experience in occupational pension scheme administration, with a focus on DB and DC schemes
6. Proven track record in leading teams and driving results
7. QPA or PMI qualification preferred but not essential
8. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
