We’re looking for a commercially minded HR Advisor to join our people-focused business and partner directly with one of our key Directors, supporting a population of over 200 employees across the UK. This is a career development role – ideal for someone on the rise who is ready to step up to HR Business Partner level within 12–18 months. You'll be fully supported to get there. What You’ll Be Doing * Act as the go-to HR Advisor for a high-profile business unit, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle * Partner closely with the Director and their leadership team on people strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and ER matters * Deliver pragmatic, commercial HR advice that supports business goals and enhances our people experience * Lead and support on HR initiatives and projects – including change, culture, and performance * Identify opportunities to add value and influence a progressive HR agenda in a fast-moving, dynamic environment What We’re Looking For * Solid HR generalist experience in the private sector, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment * Confident advising managers at all levels, with a commercial mindset and a people-first approach * Strong ER knowledge and the ability to balance compliance with business pragmatism * Excellent relationship builder, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves * Highly motivated, growth-oriented, and keen to develop into a full HR Business Partner role What We’re Not Fussed About * Qualifications – it’s your experience, attitude, and commercial thinking that count What You’ll Get * A home-based role with autonomy and flexibility * Salary of £42,000pa * 25 days leave bank holidays (buy and sell 5 days a year) * Full tech set-up for home based working * Travel paid at 45p per mile from home * Clear development path to HR Business Partner within 12–18 months * A supportive, ambitious, people-centric culture
