About Our Client

Our client is a well-established not for profit organisation, recognised for their impactful work across various communities. As a medium-sized entity, they place great emphasis on delivering exceptional services to their customers, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join them full-time, 5 days a week.

Job Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Administrator you will:

3. Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email
4. Deliver excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly
5. Raise customer works on CRM system
6. Support and help and resolve incoming enquiries from contractors
7. Provide appropriate advice to customers with enquiries
8. Raise purchase orders for customers and ensure invoices are processed onto customer accounts for the finance team to manage
9. Ad-hoc duties as and when required

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role:

10. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
11. Experience managing enquiries and resolving issues
12. Attention to detail, especially in verifying and processing documentation
13. Good problem-solving skills to resolve queries or issues effectively
14. Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
15. A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach when interacting with internal and externalcustomers
16. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft packages
