About the role
Hush is on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager to power our in-house growth engine. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll lead a team of three specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic and Affiliates. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own significant budgets, shape channel strategy, and drive profitable growth across the full funnel.
What you’ll do
* Own performance strategy: Align channel mix to growth, profitability and customer lifetime value.
* Lead & mentor: Coach a team of three, set goals, and raise the bar on analytical rigour.
* Optimise budgets: Daily pacing, weekly reallocation, and hitting spend/revenue targets.
* Champion experimentation: Test audiences, bidding, creative, landing pages and offers – scale winners fast.
* Drive automation & AI: Streamline workflows, improve QA, and accelerate insights.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Creative, eCom, Engineering and Insights to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
What success looks like
* Clear channel strategy with targets and test roadmap.
* Clean tracking, validated pixels, and dependable reporting.
* Rolling cadence of experiments with quantified uplift.
* Consistent budget pacing and improved CAC/CPO.
* A pipeline of creative winners driving growth.
What you’ll bring
* Proven performance marketing experience in e-commerce/fashion retail with large budgets.
* Deep platform knowledge: Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping), Meta, GDN, AdRoll, affiliates.
* Strong testing background, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and BI dashboard experience (Looker Studio).
* Familiarity with attribution tools (Triple Whale) and optimisation tooling (Optmyzr).
* Track record of coaching specialists and leveraging AI for speed and scale.
* Must have experience in a womenswear brand.
