EP Group Warehouse Operative EP Group is an award winning, global packaging manufacturer with production facilities across Europe and South East Asia. Our global headquarters in Birmingham is home to our dedicated paper manufacturing division providing a wide range of food packaging products for the likes of McDonalds, Amazon, Marks & Spencer and Greggs. We are now seeking a Warehouse Operative to be based within our warehouse onsite in Yardley, Birmingham. Hours Monday to Friday 2pm 10pm Role Purpose Warehouse Operative The Warehouse Operative for will undertake a number of key and general warehouse duties to service the customer. Key Responsibilities - Warehouse Operative Loading and unloading of vehicles Order picking and checking (full pallets, and single items, of bulky/non-bulky products) Processing, checking and putaway of stocks Stocktaking and replenishment Other general warehouse duties. Maintain a safe and tidy dedicated equipment warehouse Adhere to processes and meet set KPIs Working with the accounts team to identify what products should come into stock Maintaining / improvement of Standard Operating Procedures Key Requirements Warehouse Operative Must possess one or more of the following in date and relevant MHE Licences: Bendi Truck (Desirable), Counter Balance (Mandatory) PPT (Desirable) A minimum of 6 months experience of working within a warehouse environment (Desirable) English & Maths GCSE/O Level standard Excellent attention to detail Be able to work as a conscientious team player or under own initiative Be capable of heavy lifting Flexible with hours of work Willingness to adapt to a multitude of different warehouse duties and tasks
