The Role
As a graduate engineer, your responsibilities will vary as you are exposed to all aspects of our work, allowing you to discover your preferred area. Your tasks may include:
* Working on live projects from day one
* Engaging in sectors such as healthcare, hotels, etc.
* Producing detailed designs and drawings
* Utilizing software like Revit, Dialux, Relux, and Electrical OM
* Participating in continuous CPD and learning opportunities
* Designing electrical circuits, wiring, and lighting
You will communicate regularly with project teams, clients, and end users, attending meetings and liaising effectively.
You will be assigned a dedicated mentor and supervisor, receiving comprehensive training to support your development.
What We Are Looking For
- An expected or achieved 2.1 or above in an IET or CIBSE accredited degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- A master's or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- Previous placement or work experience in a similar industry is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CAD or similar software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A friendly, ambitious, confident, flexible, and resilient individual.
