Role Overview:
As the Head of Accounts, you will lead and manage the account management team, driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client relationships, ensuring that our services meet their needs and expectations. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in high-profile client engagements.

As a Head of Account Management, youll be responsible for:
o Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the account management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
o Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.
o Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account management strategies that align with business goals and drive client retention and growth.
o Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
o Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on account management performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
o Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience.
o Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform account management strategies.
o Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
o Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
o Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
