Our client, a reputable automotive business in Weybridge, is seeking an experienced Engine Builder to join their high-performance engineering team.
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled motor engineer with a passion for high-performance engines to develop their career within a dynamic environment. The Engine Builder will work on bespoke projects involving luxury and sports cars, including V12 and V8 engine builds, supporting the company’s commitment to engineering excellence.

Working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Support the assembly and diagnosis of high-performance engines
Prepare, clean, and inspect engine components to meet precise standards
Use precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure correct fitting of engine parts
Follow detailed build instructions and technical documentation accurately as an Engine Builder
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
Document all work completed as part of the Engine Builder’s responsibilities for quality assurance
Assist with troubleshooting and fine-tuning engines during assembly
Adhere strictly to safety protocolsRequirements:
Practical workshop experience, ideally as a vehicle technician or Engine Builder
Genuine passion for high-performance automotive engineering and mechanics
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in engine assembly
Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, and safety procedures
Ability to follow detailed instructions consistently
Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
Local to Weybridge and committed to a long-term career
